The mission of the Thayer Leader Development Group is to help build leaders of character by offering leadership and management training utilizing the philosophy of West Point.

They possess the skills and abilities to deliver short courses, both “off the shelf” and tailored to the client. Courses and sessions range across Leadership and Management Development and also enhanced soft skills, such as influencing, negotiating and decision making.
