APS is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Precision CNC machining facility in Dammam, Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. APS is specialized in precision machining and engineering services for Energy Services, Oil & Gas, and Aerospace & Defense sectors. Its range of activities also includes precision machining and manufacturing of various Gas Turbine parts. APS exports Gas Turbine parts to OEMs mainly in Europe (Hungary, Netherlands) and the USA. APS is equipped with in-house state-of-the-art CNC machines, design, engineering services, reverse engineering product development and CAD/CAM/CAE facilities. APS is also specialized in Fabrication with major projects such as Centrifugal Compressor Base Plates, Generator Rotor Stands, Generator Rotor Platforms and Artificial Skids for various off-shore and on-shore areas in Saudi Arabia. APS can provide you with the moulds you require for your compression press, transfer press, shuttle, automatic compression press or injection moulding machine. APS can design the mould you need from models, part drawings, or CAD files. APS can perform P&D to get the right mould for your moulding application. APS can do reproduction mould tuning. APS design and build both single and multi-cavity moulds. In addition to new moulds, APS perform mould repairs. APS has the ability to react quickly and perform emergency repairs to get your mould back in production, keeping sown time to a minimum.
